I purchased my Luvele Deluxe Pro vacuum sealer in January last year and I have been very happy with it until recently when I had a problem with it sealing. So, I went to the Luvele website, and the contact details said there was no phone, only email, which immediately worried me. But I could not have been more wrong. I sent an email and had a response within less than an hour and a link to a YouTube video that showed me how to solve my problem simply, and it did. They also assisted me with my new email address and an account, all by email and all very promptly. I cannot say how impressed I am with the company, the machine, and the service I received today. Would I recommend Luvele and their products.
