it's so simple to make this yogurt and it taste sooo good! (unlike l reuteri that isn't the best taste, even if it has healing properties..)
We are enjoying the yogurt a lot. The first batch needed longer to incubate due to the starter needing more time to ‘wake up’. This is helpful for people to know. It is a really tasty and creamy yogurt. And subsequent batches that are re-cultured are working perfectly and to the time on the leaflet inside the pack.

The yoghurt didn't set well, it was more of a drink than anything. It tasted ok, but would have liked it to be a lot thicker.
I was really pleased, there is a leaflet that gives clear instructions, I’m particularly pleased with how it gives you the quantity of culture you need to use when making the next batches. Brilliant
