We hope you Luv your Luvele Breeze Food Dehydrator as much as we enjoyed designing it. The Luvele team have been designing food dehydrators for over 10 years, and the Luvele Breeze marks our fifth design iteration. We believe we have thought of just about everything in our new design, to equip you to be the master of dehydrating in your kitchen!
The key features include a powerful and reliable 500w motor with super quiet operation, 6 stainless steel trays (can be expanded to 9 trays), a biltong hanging rack with stainless steel drying hooks, digital touch screen control panel, with temperature setting options of between 25 and 75 degrees C and a digital timer control to set a drying period of up to 72 hours and removable drip trays for easy cleaning.

We want to make any warranty claim as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us information about the problem you are having with your item.
We may suggest some troubleshooting ideas to establish whether or not the issue can be fixed without a return. Photos of the fault may be requested if and where appropriate, and if it will ensure a faster resolution.
Generally any issue will be considered for repair or replacement. We appreciate your patience and communication throughout the process and will always look at offering you the best solution.
Change of Mind:
If you purchase a Luvele product and then change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the product at your own cost within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note; the returned item must be brand new and unopened. If the item has been opened, used or damaged in anyway, then a refund will not be approved.
